
Melt the butter with the oil, in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Amore Garlic Paste and stir 1 minute. Add in the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are pink and almost cooked through, about 4 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the Amore Pesto Paste and parsley to the skillet and toss well. Scrape the shrimp and sauce onto a serving platter. Serve hot.

1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
