1. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The AMORE® TASTE OF TUSCANY SWEEPSTAKES begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on 01/01/11 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/11.

 

2.  Prizes/Drawing:  One (1) Grand: Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A 6 day, 5 night trip to Tuscany, Italy for two; including roundtrip airfare, transfers to/from the airport/hotel and all accommodations. Trip consists of round trip air transportation (coach) for two (2) between a major US airport nearest winner’s home and a major airport in Italy. Approximate retail value: $9,000. Actual value of trip may vary depending upon the point of departure. Certain travel restrictions may apply. The winner must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary or prize will be forfeited. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors at all times.  Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s travel agent, on a flight and carrier of Sponsor’s choice.  In addition, the winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel documents as well as travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.  Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or about 7/12/2011, and will be conducted by PANOS brands, whose decisions shall be final. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be sent notification by U.S. mail and/or E-mail.

 

3.  Prize Restrictions and Requirements: Limit one prize per person/email address.  Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign, notarize and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and where legal a publicity release as well as applicable tax information forms within 14 days of notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected.  Guest of Grand Prize winner (or if a minor, their parent or legal guardian) must also sign a travel release prior to traveling.  Should any prize winner decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner, and an alternate winner will be selected. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. Participation in this sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding including without limitation use of entrant’s names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes if a winner, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants release Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, and advertising agencies and promotional agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

 

4. To enter: Register at amorebrands.com during the Sweepstakes period and follow the online instructions to complete and transmit the entry form. You may enter the promotion under one name and one email address only. Enter using only an email address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of the entry.

 

5.  Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 US States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and agents of Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising agencies, and members of the immediate families of such employees and agents are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. US law governs this sweepstakes.
