Amore Sun-Dried Tomato & Artichoke Mezzaluna with Basil & Garlic Sauce

The bold flavor of the Sun-Dried Tomatoes make this pasta dish a family favorite.




Heat 4-6 quarts of water to boil.  Add 1 tbsp olive oil and salt to taste.  Add Amore Sun-Dried Tomato & Artichoke Mezzaluna, reduce heat and boil gently for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.  Heat remaining olive oil and Amore Garlic Paste in a skillet large enough to hold the pasta over low heat, and stir.  Add in the basil until combined.  Pour the drained pasta into the skillet and toss.  Serve immediately.



3 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg Amore® Sun-Dried Tomato & Artichoke Mezzaluna
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Amore® Garlic Paste
1 tbsp basil, chopped
